Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the function of the leadership of department heads and public service policies at the Department of Solid Waste Management , and Funeral Sukabumi. The results showed that the Head of Department has been carrying out its functions are implemented through the policy in terms of public services in their work environment . The data used in this study consists of two types of data are primary data and secondary data . Primary data came from staff at the Department of Hygiene and Sukabumi. The secondary data in the form of theories regarding the function of leadership and public service policies obtained from the literature such as books and the internet . This research was conducted at the Department of Hygiene in Jalan Pemuda 1 street No. 71 Sukabumi city. Research with qualitative methods , sampling is purposive and snomball , as well as collection techniques by triangulation , data analysis is inductive / qualitative . Abstract

Aqua Golden Mississippi Cicurug Sukabumi is one of the company engaged in the provision of bottled water in Indonesia, which lead employees to work productively and can carry out their duties properly. Problem often encountered leader PT. Aqua Golden Mississippi is how to find the best way to be taken in order to mobilize and increase the effectiveness of employees in order to consciously and responsibly carry out the task as well as possible, because every employee has a need and desire different that leaders must know and understand the needs and wishes of the members. Based on the background of the problem, then that becomes the central issue in this study is how much influence the work of discipline and motivation to work against the effectiveness of employees, from the data above the authors try to identify the problem as follows: How does the discipline of work, how to discipline the working relationship with the effectiveness of employees, how the work motivation of employees, how the relationship with the effectiveness of work motivation, how the effectiveness of employees, and how relationships work discipline and motivation of employees working with the effectiveness of employees in PT. Aqua Golden Mississippi Cicurug Sukabumi Research used in this research is descriptive method. Method is a descriptive study to determine the value of independent variables. In this study the descriptive method used to see an overview of each independent variable. While the unit is the unit of analysis that will be used to explain or describe the characteristics of a larger set of objects again. The results of assessment of the relationship of work discipline and motivation to work with employee work effectiveness can be summarized as follows: 1) Employee labor relations discipline (X1) with employee work effectiveness (Y) is shown by a correlation value of r X 1 with Y = 0.816, means a relationship (X1) and (Y) very strong, and its influence + (positive). 2) Labor relations employee motivation (X2) with employee work effectiveness (Y) is shown by the value of X2 with Y correlation of r = 0.890, means a relationship (X2) and (Y) very strong, and its influence + (positive). 3) Relationship of labor discipline (X1) and employee motivation (X2) together with employee work effectiveness (Y) is shown by the multiple correlation, which shows the value of r = 0.949, and the magnitude of the relationship of labor discipline and the effectiveness of employee work motivation employees working at 90.1% (R square = 0.901), this statement has meaning relations (X1) and (X2) and (Y) has a very strong positive relationship. Abstract

Performance is the result of the quality of work accomplished by an employee in carriying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him, as you well know, there are some important factor that can determine the goals and improve organizational performance, namely competence, ability to work discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous delivery of competence, ability to work and labor discipline on the performance of employees in Sukabumi AMIK Citra Buana Indonesia, to determine the effect of partial competence, ability to work and labor discipline on the performance of employees in Citra Buana Indonesia AMIK Sukabumi. This research method is a quantitave reseach studi that is based on data in the form of numbers-numbers that processed with statistical analysis for influence between variables and samples used are as many as 72 samples. Testing instrument to test the validity and reliability. Method of data analysis with statistic assisted management with SPSS (Statistic Package for Social Science). The results showed that the regression equation is obstained as follows : Y=0,731 + 0,465X1 + 0,230X2 + 0,092X3. Influence Competence (X1), the Ability to work (X2), and discipline (X3) joinly to employee performance (Y) is show by the regretion of X1, X2 dan X3 to Y at r = 0,859, meaning that the effect of competence (X10, ability ti work (X2), and Discipline (X3)to employee Performance (Y) very strong, and its influence + (positive) means higher competence (X1), the ability to work (X2), and Discipline (X3) is also increasing employee Performance (Y) in Citra Buana Indonesia AMIK Sukabumi.

Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. Jakarta periode 2006 – 2015 baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Unit analisisnya dokumen berupa laporan keuangan yang terdiri dari laporan neraca dan laporan laba rugi periode 2006 s/d 2015 pada PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, Jakarta. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis dan pembahasan yang telah di lakukan pada bab sebelumnya, dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Hasil uji t Earning Per Share (EPS) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 5,246 dan tingkat signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 maka H01 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap Harga Saham. Hasil uji t Price Earning Ratio (PER) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 3,272 dan tingkat signifikan 0,014 < 0,05 maka H02 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara variabel Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap Harga Saham. Dari hasil uji F untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan antara Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap Harga Saham. Diketahui nilai F hitung sebesar 29,965 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka H03 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap Harga Saham.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: to know Style Leadership, Communication and Employee Performance at Branch Mc'Donalds Tasikmalaya, to determine the effect on the Performance Leadership Style, effect and influence on the Performance Communication Leadership Style and communication together (simultaneously) on the Performance of the Mc 'Donalds Branch Tasikmalaya. Author of the research methods used in this research is descriptive and associative. Unit analysis on Warehouse Distributors Warehouse employee PT. Bina San Prima Tasikmalaya many as 31 people. The conclusion of this study is as follows. Leadership Styles on Employees PT. Bina San Prima included in the category of Pretty Good with scores of 92, but there are still below average in the dimensions of autocratic leadership. Communication on employees of PT. Bina San Prima included in the category of Pretty Good with scores of 92, but there are still below the average the dimensions Communications Diagonal. Employee Performance PT. Bina San Prima included in the category of Pretty Good with scores of 92, but there are still below average in the dimensions of quality. Leadership style influence on Employee Performance at PT. Bina San Prima at 0.2202 so H0 is rejected and HI accepted (accepted hypothesis). Communications effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bina San Prima at 0.2515 H0 and HI accepted (the hypothesis is accepted) .. 6). There is the influence of leadership style and communication together (simultaneously) on Employee Performance at PT. Abstract

University is one of national education sub system. University has very important function as Tri Dharma of University. There are education, research and community development like noted at UU no. 20 at 2003 about National education System. Characteristic of University in Indonesia must have: 1) student need, national priority, and economic development, 2) effective and give contribution to social and state, 3) fund support and innovation to get quality, 4) research for national development, 5) access for development and technology, 6) moral power to social democratic. So, university must have institutional credibility. The system must have accountability, efficiency and quality graduation, and standardization internal management. Abstract

Education services by schools are services in the form of educational services provided by teachers assisted by education personnel. In order for educational services to run as expected, discipline is needed, especially employee work discipline among educators and education staff.The formulation in this study: (1)Is there an effect of educational services on student satisfaction at SMPN 2Gunungguruh Sukabumi; ; (2) is there anythe effect of employee discipline on student satisfaction studying at SMPN 2Gunungguruh Sukabumi and; (3) To what extent is the influence of education and discipline servicesemployee work on student satisfaction at SMPN 2 Gunungguruh Sukabumi. While the aim is to obtain information abouteverything related to educational services and the level of work disciplinethe following employees are related to the problem of student satisfaction. The approach in this research is survey and the type of research is descriptivequantitative. Data collection techniques with documentation studies, field observations, researchliterature and distributing questionnaires to89 respondents.From the multiple regression equation, the results are that: (1) Every time it occursimprovement in education services oneunits will be followed by an increase in the rate of change in student satisfaction of 0.550; (2) Every time there is an increase in the work discipline of one unit employee, it will be followed by an increase in the level of change in student satisfaction of 0.252. While the partial hypothesis test with "t test" forX1 with Y obtained t-count = 7.685, significance 0.000 <0.050. That is, reject Ho and accept H1. Because t-count = 3.183 > t-table = 1.667, education services have a significant and positive effect on student satisfaction. While X2 with Y obtained t-count = 1.991, significance 0.000 <0.050. That is, reject Ho and accept H1. Because t-count = 1.991 > t-table = 1.667, then Employee Work Discipline has a significant and positive influence on satisfactionStudent. While the integrative effect with the "F-test" significant 0.000 < 0.050 and F-count = 49.873> F-table = 3.950, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that education services and employee work discipline have a positive and significant influence on student satisfaction. The contribution of influence on student satisfaction at SMPN 2 Gunungguruh is carried out simultaneously, namely from education services and employee work discipline by 53.3%. Abstract

Effect of job training (X1), labor discipline (X2), and motivation (X3) jointly to employee performance (Y) is shown by the value of the regression of X1,X2, and X3 on Y r=0.944, meaning that the effect of the training labor (X1), labor discipline (X2), and motivation (X3)on employee peformance (Y) is very strong, and its influence + (positive) meaning that the higher the job training (X1), labor discipline (X2), and work motivation (X3) then job also increase the performance of an employee (Y) at PT.
